Listen to Unicorn Kid "Dream Catcher"

Unicorn Kid (aka Oliver Sabin) has been been stirring up a storm in the U.K. with his distinct brand of dance and electro-pop. The nineteen year-old Edinburgh composer and musician stepped into the spotlight last year when the Pet Shop Boys asked him to remix "Did You See Me Coming." That high profile gig was followed by tour dates with Calvin Harris, Owl City and the Pet Shop Boys. He recently was signed to Ministry of Sound and is now prepping for bigger, bolder things.

Relying on the sounds of vintage computer games mixed with contemporary production stylings, the electro prodigy puts out an eccentric sound that is part dub step, part pop and and part dance music. Listen to "Dream Catcher," his latest brew that is pretty darn genius. He is able to turn seemingly trivial beeps and bleeps into a solid melodic pop tune. You have to listen to it a few times to really get the hang of it. The more you hear it, the more you will like it. Bravo.
