Watch Basement Jaxx feat. Sam Sparro "Feelings Gone"

Check out the brand-new, totally fun Basement Jaxx video that features the guest vocals from Sam Sparro. This new track is taken from the group's forthcoming album, titled "Scars" that will be available on October 6.

"They invited me to sing on some tracks, but when I joined them in the studio I felt all silly around them," Sparro tells the Daily Star newspaper in the UK. "They're so cool and down-to-earth, though, and they just take it all in their stride. Hopefully the album will be out by the end of the year."

Along with the album version of the track, the digital single EP of "Feelings Gone" will feature  remixes by Joachim Garraud, Adrian Lux, Rusko, Spor, and an "Alternate Take."

Listen to Livvi Franc "Now That I'm Bitch" (Sam Sparro Remix)

Livvi Franc is superfraiche. I first wrote about this Barbados beauty back in April when I posted the excellent Discotech remix of her first single "Now That I'm Bitch." Electro-soul man Sam Sparro has gotten his hands on this hot new jam and has turned itno a buzzing club stomper. Brilliant. (thanks to @musicboxmix for the heads up)

Listen to Sam Sparro "Pocket" (The Preset Remix)

While Sam Sparro is eagery awaiting the GRAMMY Awards on February 8 to hear if "Black & Gold" will get the "Best Dance" nod, the L.A. based singer is prepping the release of his new single "Pocket."

The song is one of the highlights on his debut album that hold so much truth for many people. Sparro's lyrics advocate tolerance among all people in unambiguous terms. "It's a life in color not black and white but some people think they're the ones who got it right. In a room so full you have to be a little more flexible," he sings.

"It is a song that is about living in a country where people, especially in politics, are very homophobic and regard gay people as second class citizens, Sparro tells Arjan in an interview. "I think people need to be a bit more tolerant and flexible and try and see other people's points of view."

Listen to a brand-new Presets remix of "Pocket" that beautifully highlights Sparro's warm and soulful timbre. This man deserves a hit and this is the song that can deliver.
