Video: Shout Out from Cyndi Lauper

This is amazing! Cyndi Lauper has recorded a personal video message for readers.

Staying true to form, she gives all of you a special shout out to promote the upcoming True Colors Tour that will come to a town near you.

The tour brings together some of today's most popular gay and lesbian artists on one stage, including Erasure, Rufus Wainwright, Dresden Dolls, The Gossip, Cazwell and many others. The concert series will benefit the Human Right Campaigns, a Washington DC lobby organization that seeks to improve the life of GLBT Americans by advocating equal rights and benefits. Cyndi has a lesbian sister and has been very involved with gay & lesbian issues during the course of her career. Get your ticket for a show near you here.

What a day of travel it was. I arrived back in New York late last night and I just got to preparing some posts for today. After that I will be traveling up to the Bronx to meet up with the guys of Dangerous Muse in their studio to hear some raw cuts from their forthcoming album. I will keep you posted and hopefully have some photos too.
