The music and energy of Cherrytree London is still fresh in my mind. Held at London's Kings College last month, the event featured stellar performances by hitmakers LMFAO, Far East Movement, Natalia Kills, Frankmusik and newcomer Colette Carr. British pop star Ellie Goulding made a suprise appearance and opened the show with a gorgeous acoustic performance.
After meeting her for the first time on the set of LMFAO's "Champagne Showers," I caught up with Natalia Kills right before the start of the event. The singer talks candidly about the unique spirit of Cherrytree Records and the camaraderie between its artists. She underlines that Cherrytree Records is a different kind of record label with a true love for pop. Watch the brief video after the break.
