Listen to Dirty Radio "My Heart" (feat. Sherry St. Germain)

Dirty Radio (aka Farshad Edalat) is a Vancouver-based MC and singer/songwriter who cooks up a heady brew of soulful disco pop and banging hip pop. I checked out his new mixtape, titled "Debut," on Bandcamp and was impressed by his savvy and diverse fusion of glossy beats, spitfire lyrics and soulful vocals that are somewhat reminiscent of Sam Sparro.

The digital album was produced by up and coming Canadian music production team SEX-ED that Dirty Radio helped establish. Prior to releasing his own music, Dirty Radio was a songwriter and producer for other artists including Sherry St. Germain, Chin Injeti and K-OS. He also wrote for fellow Canadian newcomer Kay who I alerted you about a few weeks ago.

Listen to "My Heart" and "Head Go Wild" after the jump. "My Heart" includes the vocals of Sherry St Germain who shines during the song's breakdown around the 2:40 minute mark, which is very good. Go listen.
