SXSW Video: Marina & The Diamonds "I Am Not A Robot"

Marina & The Diamonds was all over Austin's South by Southwest Music Conference this year. The half Welsh, half-Greek singer played several showcases to introduce a new crowd of music lovers to her bold and beautiful brand of pop.

I caught Marina play at Fader Fort on Friday, and then again at the Chop Shop/Atlantic Records party on Saturday, which was right after I sat down with her for an interview. Check out her delicate performance of "I AM Not A Robot" at the Atlantic Records party. Marina is a bit like a modern-day Greek goddess - slightly mysterious and so fearless with her vocal super powers. It's that combination that makes her an exciting new pop heroine to watch.

She may be afraid that she is losing her voice, but she pulls a pitch-perfect falsetto. So beautiful. This finely crafted pop song gives me goose bumps everytime.
