Butch Walker's much-anticipated new album "Sycamore Meadows" drops in download stores next week Tuesday. It is a record filled with straight up rock 'n roll that captures Walker's feelings of loss and frustration after his Malibu home burned to ashes in the California wildfires of 2007.
One of the stand out tracks on the record is "Here Comes The..." that features a cameo from his pal Pink. The two have collaborated before, and most recently Walker wrote and produced the songs "Mean" and "Bad Influence" on Pink's new album "Funhouse."
The acoustic "Here Comes The..." chronicles the painful ending of a relationship and all the conflicting emotions that go along with it. "Here comes the heartache, the moving day, the hardest excuses for my friends," he sings with Pink. "Here comes the reasons I've to justify it was better in the end. Here comes the last time I can kiss you and the first day of eating alone. Here comes the hardest thing we've ever known."
