The B-52's are GREAT! SAW them at ROSELAND 4 HOLLOWEEN. Saw them on LENO last night. ALBUM is HOT and SEXYCOOL. I LOVE THEM. They are WAYYY FUN...

Whether you are a fan or not, Funplex is a very solid album from beginning to end. The meat is the middle, with the totally groovy electronica of "Eyes Wide Open" with one of the catchiest choruses in a long time. Impossible not to dance to "Love In The Year 3000", and so many grooves and guitar hooks in "Pump","Hot Corner", "Funplex" and "Dancing Now". Funplex does not slow down like other B52 albums and its absolutely amazing that they sound so fresh but true to themselves in their 50's....hope this is a good comeback for them, they deserve it!

Am absolutely loving this album, and they sound as though they're really enjoying the performance. Who can blame them when the material is so strong?
