Dutch pop singer Boris is looking to expand his fame beyond Holland's borders with the release of his new album "Holy Pleasure" in September. Boris shot to fame in 2004 after winning Idols, the Dutch version of American Idol. For his second album, the singer collaborated with an impressive group of songwriters to create a mature, international sound. People like Sandra St. Viktor (The Family Stand), Blair Mackichan (Sugababes, Neneh Cherry) and Michael Garvin (Jennifer Lopez) all contributed songs to the record. The result is a worthy mix of soul, pop and R&B that prominently displays Boris' distinct vocals. With a new sound, a new album and plans to conquer the international charts also comes a new image.
