Watch Pink "Sober" (Live in Australia)
Remember Pink's gym-tastic acrobatics at the MTV Video Music Awards in September? The GRAMMY nominated singer was lifted up in the air for a fearless trapeze act while singing "Sober" flawlessly and with more grit than you imagined possible hanging up side down.
That segment of the show was taken from Pink's Funhouse Tour that has taken her across the world for the last few months. Check out the 7-minute performance of "Sober" in Australia below that is taken from her recently-released concert DVD.
I was excited to see that her peers nominated Pink for two GRAMMY Awards on Wednesday. One for Best Female Solo Performance of "Sober," and a second for Best Pop Album for "Funhouse." In a pop world that is often filled with fluff, Pink brings an authenticity to the pop scene that is unparalleled. Competing with Taylor Swift and Beyonce, Pink winning GRAMMYs on January 31 would be an upset but just as well-deserved.

Pink Performs at AOL Sessions
Pink is her rocking good ole self for a live performance at AOL Sessions to sing a few tracks from her new album "Funhouse" plus some of her own favorites. Head over to the AOL Sessions web site to see her sassy, angry, funny and passionate while flipping a few birds. Stand out tracks are "Sober" and the acoustic "Mr. President" that truly underlines what a powerful vocalist she is. (And she has some fierce backing vocalists as well.)
Listen to Butch Walker ft. Pink "Here Comes The..."
Butch Walker's much-anticipated new album "Sycamore Meadows" drops in download stores next week Tuesday. It is a record filled with straight up rock 'n roll that captures Walker's feelings of loss and frustration after his Malibu home burned to ashes in the California wildfires of 2007.
One of the stand out tracks on the record is "Here Comes The..." that features a cameo from his pal Pink. The two have collaborated before, and most recently Walker wrote and produced the songs "Mean" and "Bad Influence" on Pink's new album "Funhouse."
The acoustic "Here Comes The..." chronicles the painful ending of a relationship and all the conflicting emotions that go along with it. "Here comes the heartache, the moving day, the hardest excuses for my friends," he sings with Pink. "Here comes the reasons I've to justify it was better in the end. Here comes the last time I can kiss you and the first day of eating alone. Here comes the hardest thing we've ever known."
