Out Magazine's Face to Face with Bat for Lashes' Natasha Kahn

My pals over at Out Magazine recently caught up with Natasha Kahn of Bat for Lashes to chat about Kate Bush, her live show and her newest album, "Two Suns." I love how she talks about herself as an "innovative artist on the edge of mainstream music." Very well put. We need more of those. Watch and listen. Don't forget Bat for Lashes is touring North America this summer. Get your tickets here.

Video Premiere: Bat for Lashes "Pearl's Dream"

Check out the brand-new video for Bat for Lashes' new single "Pearl's Dream" that was directed by award-winning music video director Nima Nourizdah (Santigold, Franz Ferdinand). The video features singer Natasha Khan in a full spandex leotard with wings (Brandon Flowers take note), performing in a home-made solar system while being watched by her alter-ego in a blonde wig. It's creepy, haunting and mesmerizing at the same time.

The single and remix will be available on 7” vinyl and digital download on June 22 in Europe. The digital release will also include two of Natasha’s stand out live tracks "Good Love" and "Siren Song" taken from one of her performances at Shepherds Bush Empire in April of this year.
