[NEW] Listen to Far East Movement "Live My Life" (The Knocks Remix)
After LMFAO's Redfoo unleashed his Party Rock remix of Far East Movement's massive new single back in March, the group is now unveiling a bunch more remixes of their hit song "Live My Life" that features none other than pop sensation Justin Bieber. The track was revamped and reinterpreted by Wideboys, The Knocks, 7th Heaven, Sick Individuals, Jaywalker and by FM pals The Stereotypes who also produced part of the group's forthcoming new album.
Masterfully produced by RedOne, the single edit of "Live My Life" is driven by Biebers' slick and instantly infectious vocal hook, Far East Movement's grinding L.A. bass sound and the group's clever wordplay that is all about enjoying the moment and living your life to the fullest - however it suits you.
Like I've written before, "Live Your Life" is Far East Movement's "free wired" gospel turned up a few notches with a polished new dance pop sound that firmly positions the group as a next generation pop band with its universal, all-inclusive attitude that breaks down barriers and brings a fresh new energy to the scene.
The group's highly-anticipated new album, entitled "Dirty Bass," will be released on May 22 and includes collaborations with The Stereotypes, David Guetta, Bangladesh, RedOne, Sydney Samson and Martin "Cherry Cherry Boom Boom" Kierszenbaum. To up the excitement for their new music, the group is sharing this brand-new remix pack that includes a very good remake by New York dance pop outfit The Knocks. The duo turns up the electro sensibilities of the song to create a flaming rave pop number that will burn up the dancefloor to moment the needle hits.
