[VIDEO] Rita Ora Unveils New Video For Single "How We Do (Party & Bullsh-t)"
Rita Ora is throwing a party and she wants you to join the fun in the brand-new video for her debut U.S. single "How We Do (Party & Bullsh-t)." So raise your glass, put on your bird suit, wear your finest shades and throw yourself into the wild pop carnival that is put on by Ora. It's a totally fun video that perfectly fits the carefree qualities of the song.
Shot in Los Angeles and directed by Marc Klasfeld, the video intends to celebrate and capture "the essence of youth and the freedom of partying," according to a press release. Besides all the cheerful debauchery with her pals, Ora also gets plenty of solo time in the video to make sure American audiences get a closer look at this rising new pop phenom. The Serbian beauty casually rolls around on a bed and stretches out on a chair wearing a stars & stripes inspired jacket, which is a not-so subtle nod to her ambition to take it far stateside.
"How We Do" is a potent, radio-ready pop production that stays true to Ora's infectious exuberance that marks her delivery and performance. It's perfect summer fare about running wild, being free and living in the moment, because "that's just how we do," Ora explains in the song, while telling tales about "tearing up the town" and "dancing in the dark" when the "sun sets on the avenue."
The song was produced by The Runners, and written by hitmakers Kelly Sheehan and Bonnie McKee. Pop fans among you will most certainly know McKee. She recently penned songs for Katy Perry ("Teenage Dream," "Last Friday Night," "California Gurls" and "Part Of Me") and Britney Spears ("Hold It Against Me," "Gasoline" and others).
