[VIDEO] Arjan Talks With Natalia Kills About Debut LP "Perfectionist"

After meeting Natalia Kills on the set of LMFAO's "Champagne Showers" video back in Los Angeles and briefly at the Cherrytree London concert, I caught up with the British pop singer in Atlanta this weekend. She made a brief stop down South before heading up North to join Katy Perry's California Dreams tour as a special guest.

It has been a big week for Kills who released her debut LP "Perfectionist" in the U.S. last week after it was previously released in different countries around Europe. Lead track on the record is her collaboration with will.i.am that comes along with a stylish new video that we talk about in our interview.

Natalia also talks about stage performers that have influenced her and she opens up about the song "If I Was God." What I love about that specific bit in the interview is that it shows some of Natalia's humanity. Even though it is easy to get swayed by her performance, catchy pop melodies and quotable Kills-isms, there's a lot more sides to Kills' music including a very personal one. It's a side most people don't often get to see, and it gives her music an unexpected relatable quality.
