Free MP3 Download: Ocelot "Beating Hearts" (Louis La Roche Remix)
Ocelot's sound is best described as rock-enthused disco pop that is made for the dance floor. Ocelot is the trans-Atlantic duo of Cory Kilduff and James Welsh who started out by remixing hardcore bands for rowdy crowds of skate kids and headbangers.
Cory from Texas and Jimmy from Keighley in Yorkshire, have been pinging tracks back-and-forth across the Atlantic for the last couple of years. Getting props from US label Iheartcomix, the duo got wider notoriety with remixes of The Killers, Robyn and Royksopp, road testing tracks in DJ sets alongside Grace Jones, Aeroplane, Deadmau5 and Diplo.
Grab a totally guilt-free MP3 download of a remix of their official debut single "Beating Hearts" that was produced by Louis La Roche. He turns the banging original into a totally fun, poppy disco stomper dominated by a sweet falsetto that is made for summer. Highly recommended.
