Watch Outputmessage & City Rain "I Remember"
I never really knew that Washington DC is such a hot bed for emerging electronic music until I heard "I Remember" by Outputmessage and City Rain. It is gorgeous slice of electro-pop that is a collaboration between Washington D.C. vocalist Bernard Farley aka Outputmessage and DJ/producer Ben Runyan aka City Rain.
The song marks an interesting new direction for Outputmessage who previously crafted more obscure, ambient electro music. "I Remember" ushers in a poppier vibe that is featured on his new LP, "Autonomous" that is available now. Also, listen to songs like "Get Away" and "Resurface" that will please fans of Frankmusik and other subtle, sweet-tinged electro pop.
Outputmessage will be performing at my Superfraiche Pop Night on Friday at Webster Hall in New York City. Get your tickets now.
