After I first blogged about this spunky electro pop trio back in 2008, Ou Est Le Swimming Pool returns later this month with their brand-new single "These New Knights." The group stirred up momentum for their crunchy blend of pop and electro with the single, "Dance The Way I Feel." Now that electro-pop has made its mainstream comeback in Europe, the song has been getting attention from major BBC tastemakers like Zane Lowe and Annie Mac. All that exposure has ultimately led to a tour with Alphabeat and LaRoux, and now the group is gearing up to go on tour on their own to support the release of their much-anticipated debut LP.
