Free MP3 Download: RAN/RUN "Revolutionary"

I first introduced you to RAN/RUN in December when I posted their track "Beaches."  RAN/RUN is the Australian electro-pop duo of Pete Jones and Ryan Walsh. Their music is best described as a well-crafted melange of crunchy electro-pop that stirs the emotions.

The two production wizards met at their first day of college where Pete studied sound production/engineering and Ryan was a composition/conducting major. They bonded over their love of music and played together in several bands during their time in school. After graduation, they went separate ways only to re-connect a few years later with a plan to record music together as RAN/RUN.

The group sent over an MP3 of their brand-new single "Revolutionary" to share. "[The song] is a glorious tropical rainstorm combining a fragrant widescreen sensibility with neon latin crazy," the brand writes, painting an exciting sonic picture of what the music intends to invoke. "The music takes us on a journey through a equatorial dystopia, across imaginary borderlands, over mountains crowded by day-glo slums and glittering ivory cities, searching always for that perfect place in the sand."
