Watch The Killers "The World We Live In"
While on the topic of The Killers, make sure to check out the (HQ) video of their new European single "The World We Live In." It's is an interesting concept for a video released in late spring. While temperatures are rising on this side of the globe, it appears The Killers shot this video on a snowy mountain slope somewhere in Europe (I'm guessing).
I'm once again a bit underwhelmed by this new Killers video. However, I love the contrast between the gray, dreary and slightly industrial setting of the video and Brandon Flowers' super glam fashion (including THIS new jacket with matching boots). He's a bit like an elegant swan that got lost somewhere on the way.

This video is okay. I don't why I always have such high expectations and then walk away feeling underwhelmed.
Arjan, do you know if they're doing a video for "Dustland Fairytale"?

^they are making one Jason- it will be released as soon as it is ready but supposedly it has already been shot and will be the third North American single.

Yes, at least be sure of your facts before reviewing, it's Canada, and it's very elegant. A little like the videos from "The Assassination of Jesse James.." and it is springish, notice the melting, etc. As always the words are great and the production is as well. ciao. A

I actually really like this video. It's quite beautiful. I keep forgetting about Day & Age with all of the new music I have acquired lately. The World We Live In was a highlight for me, but still, Tidal Wave is in its own league.
