Free Download: Will-W. "Gettin' To Know U" + Signed Album Contest

There's something special about Will W's new album "Bodytalk." And ArjanWrites.com had something to do with it.

One of the main producers on the album, Monsieur Adi, met Will through ArjanWrites.com after I posted about his music last year. Will writes me the album is a result of a transatlantic collaboration between him and Monsieur Adi who lives in Italy. "I became ill during the production of ["Connection," my debut album], which resulted in many delays so when the time came to finally release that project, I felt that those songs weren’t me anymore," the Canadian crooner explains. "After having been featured on your blog last year, I was contacted by a fellow-reader, Monsieur Adi from Milan. We took it from there and worked on re-vamping some of the songs in bringing them to a new level."

"As we continued to collaborate online, I felt inspired again referencing vintage Madonna and George Michael, plus newer Roisin Murphy, Stuart Price, Amy Winehouse, Rihanna, Britney and Kylie." Will went back into the studio Edmond Lopez and Fergus Chow to finish up "Bodytalk. Also, featured on the album is Adrian Eccleston, who is currently collaborating with Kylie Minogue. Not too shabby!

Listen to the first single of Will's new album, titled "Getting To Know U." It's a solid, mid-tempo pop tune featuring Will's soulful crooning and an infectious, thumbing club beat. It's a nice progression from his earlier"Connection" that is equally well put together. "Just surrender to that beat," as Will would say.
