Free Download: X File Theme (Unkle Remix)
Geeks and other sci-fi freaks unite! Dana Scully and Fox Mulder return next week to the big screen with another out of this world adventure. In the new flick X Files: I Want To Believe, the odd couple once again tries to uncover a big classified secret that will change the world forever.
The score to the film was composed by series veteran Mark Snow. He recorded the music with the Hollywood Studio Symphony in May 2008 at the Newman Scoring Stage at 20th Century Fox studios. British production outfit Unkle recorded a brand-new version of the theme music for the end credits to the movie. Wrapped around the famous X Files jingle, Unkle's James Lavelle and Tim Goldsworth produced a trippy slice of atmospheric electronic music that I'm sure will fit the last notes of the movie well.
The song will not only appear on the X Files soundtrack but is also available on Unkle's new compilation album "End Titles... Stories For Film."
