Anouk Featured on FOX' So You Think You Can Dance.
Dutch rocker Anouk received the attention from millions of people when her song "Lost" was featured on FOX' So You Think You Can Dance this week. See the segment in the clip above and scroll to the 2:30 minute mark to watch the performance.
Slowly but surely folks are getting the message that this chick has incredible talent and the potential to be a major chart powerhouse. She's a bit like the Leona Lewis antidote. When you want a little less slick and a little more grit, you'll turn to Anouk.
"Lost" is taken from her 2004 triple platinum album "Hotel New York." The song was also featured in the final episode of the Finnish version of America's Got Talent last month.
So You Think You Can Dance viewers have responded overwhelmingly well to the song and it has shot up to #44 in the iTunes chart. Amazing. So deserved. Let's move Anouk into the top twenty!. Click here to download "Lost" on iTunes. It's sooo worth it.

It's a shame when an artist like this woman, who nearly writes the lyrics and the music for all her songs herself, makes a fantastic ballad ( and she's made quite a few !! plus numerous fabulous rock-songs on her 5 studio albums, two albums of accoustic versions and two brilliant live concert DVD's )has to see that the world finally notices her when a young beginning singer uses one of her most beautiful songs to win a contest. Ok, she probably feels honoured but this guy doesn't do her or the song any justice whatsoever. I hope he's gratefull to her for this "lift". Sorry, but this is my very personal opinion...
