Hello Vegas!
It's after midnight and I finally made it to Vegas.
I just checked into my room at the Mirage hotel and had something to drink at the groovy new Beatles Revolution Lounge to unwind from the trip here (with lots of annoying flight delays etc). Great people watching here!
I'm in Las Vegas this weekend for some really great events. Tomorrow night, I'm finally seeing Cirque de Soleil's Beatles Love show. I've heard many great things about this Cirque production and I'm curious to how they worked classic Beatles tunes into their signature circus format.
Then on Sunday, Daughtry is performing a very special acoustic session at The Beatles Revolution lounge that will benefit the global ONE Campaign, a charity that fights AIDS and poverty around the world. Daughtry auctioned tickets for the show on eBay that raised over $20,000.
(P.S. There's is a huge wrap party happening for VH-1's Rock Of Love at Jet Nightclub and I swear some of Brett Michael's reality chicks are staying right next door on my floor here at the Mirage hotel. Let's hope they keep their drama to a minimum.)

I think I may have to check out the Cirque's Beatles show. I'm a little sad that I will be leaving town before Death Cab's show there on the 22nd. Surely I can find something good to do there. I'll be flying into Vegas later in the week and was looking for great things to do.

I heard Love was fantastic. I still need to check it out but there are so many shows in Vegas, no one can do them all in one shot.
Go next door and say hi to the women. Be that guy and just do it.
