Watch Samim "Heater"
Consider this the most quirky song in months or simply the official comeback of the accordion.
With its instantly recognizable techno bassline and accordion hook, Samim's fun dance stomper "Heater" was one of the biggest club hits on Ibiza this summer. The song was initially released on vinyl by ultra cool German dance label Get Physical, but will finally get a mainstream release with a radio edit on October 29 on the influential Ministry of Sound label. Mixes will be available from Diplo and Claude Vonstroke.
The YouTube-ish video for "Heater" features some lovely characters from across the globe, an accordion and video crew traveling across 11 countries in 14 days to capture their global adventure. (Click here to purchase "Heater" in DRM-free MP3 on 7Digital.)

The accordion does nothing but remind me of that horrible 90s song; Zorba the Greek or something. My memory has mostly wiped the name of it. Without the accordion this song is pretty awesome though :).

this song is awesome! i wat theyve done to this song. this song is actually inspired and has the same melody as a typical Colombian song alotta people dont know that. and its crazy because its now march 2007 and we're just hearing this song on the radio now
