Stream New Bravery Songs
New York's synth rock outfit The Bravery are streaming clips from three new songs on their web site. I saw the band perform tracks from their new album "The Sun And The Moon" during a showcase in December and was really impressed. I'm glad Sam Endicott and the guys stayed true to their new wavish, electro-inspired sound despite the flack they received from many rock purists. The first track you hear streaming on the their web site is "Believe," a definite single contender with its soaring chorus and rock and roll swagger.

I don't hear any "new wave" on these tracks. It's like they got all self-conscious about synths all of a sudden. The first LP was weak, but was lifted by some of the quirky electronics.
None of these tracks will go anywhere. Very bland.

Look, they all are going through a bath of mainstream these days...all of those second albums have lost their rage...
Anyway looking forward to it, girlsmusic, thanks for information ;-)
