Shiny Toy Guns: New MP3 & Video
Shiny Toy Guns are coming out with a bang. The Los Angeles group was finally signed to a major label earlier this year and has re-released their debut "We Are Pilots" on Universal last week. Now, they are ready to bringing their edgy, '80s inspired synth pop to the masses.
Shot in a dark, underground dance club, the video for their first single "Le Disko" is a sizzling hot affair, featuring a hot lesbian kiss and plenty of freakish, Mad Max personalities that will make this video stand out from the crowd. Not sure if TRL will run with this, but it should be a favorite on Logo and mtvU soon. Make sure to watch it.
As a bonus, I can share the Boys Noize Remix of "Le Disko" with Arjanwrites.com readers. This is a crazy hot sci-fi remix of the original that is not for the squeamish.

hmmmm... the video seems too contrived to me. the members of the band should have been more involved than just playing *live* on the stage. i prefer the older video where carah ties up her band members and they end up dead at the end. much more menacing than some cheezy gothic lezzie growing some insect legs from her back attacking the men in the audience. now if the gothic lezzie was carah... that would've been a much better video... eh, i still love the song tho. swimming in vodka---ed

So far I only like the song "Photograph" by this band. Unfortunately this great track isn't included on their new album. WAY HYPED and WAY overrated IMHO.
