Grammy Nods
Congrats to Kylie, Jake and Babydaddy with their Grammy nomination for "I Believe In You" in the Best Dance Recording category. The song was performed by Kylie and written by the two Scissor Sisters. Our princess Kylie is still recovering from her battle with cancer, but hopefully this good news will make her feel a little better. I wish Mylo's excellent mix of "I Believe In You" would have been nominated as well, but that's probably too much to ask for. On a related note, make sure to download Kylie' version of "Over The Rainbow" that will be available on her web site on Christmas day.
Also, congrats to my favorite Killers who received two Grammy nominations. [source, source, source]

I only know Kylie from the nudie sites and gossip sites and this was the first time I watched one of her videos.
Its exactly what I thought it was going to be visually, musically, lyrically.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

aren't you forgetting somebody else here arjan? reigning post-millenium queer icon, one miss gwen stefani? she bagged like a total of 5 noms which was totally an oversight on the part of the academy... she should've been up there with kanye and whomever it is with the most noms! am really putting my money on her winning best pop female vocal and best pop album.
special shoutout to stuart price (aka mr confessions on a dance floor) too for his 2 noms - as a producer on new order's guilt (best dance recording) and for his remix of the killers' mr brightside (best remixed recording). by the way, saw him at m's japan secret gig in tokyo... he is cute with a capital Q! :P
