Download Kylie Minogue "Showgirl" EP

Head over to music download store 7Digital to download Kylie Minogue's new live EP "Showgirl: The Greatest Hits Tour." The Australian pop kitten describes her recent cabaret-style concert tour as a trip down "memory lane" with both older and newer hits that she dedicates to her fans. "Showgirl is not only a celebration of pop songs and my career, but of a long time relationship with my audience," Minogue says on her web site. "This is my way to say thank you and to share some of the most important moments of my journey so far." The singer had to halt the tour after she was diagnored with cancer earlier this year.

Recorded at London's Earls Court Arena, the EP includes great reworked, live versions of "Slow," "Spinning Around" and "Better The Devil You Know. I absolutely recommend her version of "Red Blooded Woman" that includes parts of "Where The Wild Roses Grow," Kylie's duet with Nick Cave. UInfortunately, all-time gay fave "Over The Rainbow" is missing from the EP.

Also, check out some exclusive live footage from the Showgirl tour.

i bought this DVD last night and the picture quality is crap. It looks like it was shot in 1985. This could very well be because my DVD was produced in Argentina (though it is NOT a pirated one). Has anyone seen the North American release on DVD to see if the video is crisper? Love the version of "Hand On Your Heart"!!

The shower scene on the DVD is amusing and her "Over The Rainbow" performace must have made all the queens FAINT from excitement.

No, it made most people wonder what the hell she was thinking. There's camp and then there's just insulting...

That being said, I loved the rest of the show, especially the "In Denial" part.

Really, you didn't like it? The song is tired but I appreciated the effort.

About the quality of the picture, I don't think the production team was planning on using those footage to produce the DVD. Kylie was supposed to tour for a longer time and better footage of her show was expected. Unfortunately, as we all know, she had to prematurely stop touring because of a breast cancer. The DVD had to be done with the material that was available...

Durrreadful. every bit of it. all those cheesy pwl songs. even though I used to dance to a few of them when i was about 12. her voice is also nasal. i hate it. everything about kylie is rubbish. i can see they have improved everything drastically from the channel 4 broadcast i saw in May.

This was really crap compared to her last tours which at least were a
little more visually innovative.

I mean using a remodelled Madonna corset from 1998 as the main costume
really spoke VOLUMES.

The outfits were the crappiest I'd ever seen a modern day performer wear. Kylie looked bagged out, bored, old, hard and her age.

Her voice is now nasal beyond belief. It seems to be getting more so with every new thing she brings out. Whoever told her that it is a good sound should be shot.

I think one good thing that has come out of all this, is that once the cancer is over, people will get back to heckling her again, and hopefully this will give her the hint to get out of peoples faces for a long, long time.

She is totally over-exposed and is so self obsessed and addicted to power that she feels she can go on
eternally. I think this will be her downfall.

STFU! Kylie Minogue IS what modern female pop is all about. Besides Madonna there isnt w better female pop star than Kylie. She is tons better than Britney, Christina or Jessica and / or her sister...and this is comin from a yank! That's right, this New Yorker thinks Kylie is number one. And her DVD was excellent BTW.

Kylie Minogue is the BEST.
Her concerts have innovative detail put into each one and just kick butt.

I think she is one of the most talented singers out there.
Everyone who thinks she is "crap" lets see you put on a concert and sing HALF as good as Kylie.

Her Greatest hits concert was brilliant.
She is a hero, I am sure her newest concert will be great just as she is.

I saw Kylie Live in Concert in the MEN Arena here in Manchester UK on the Friday before she became ill, as I am a huge Kylie Fan, having last seen her in The Point Theatre in my home city of Dublin & I also have an extensive collection of CD's DVD's, MP3's Calendars and other Kylie stuff (ever since I first heard her "Light Years" Album) (I have lived in Manchester since 2003) - she is a true fighter, with far more class in her little finger than the likes of Madonna, Britney & Christina "Slag-U-Lera" put together - its no wonder that us gay men adore her, as well as little girls all wanting to be Kylie when they grow up, and anyone else would have not bothered with the UK concerts despite having breast cancer & Chemotherapy, (which does weaken one's immune system a great deal) (concerned about her long-term health, I do think that she did come back too early to tour in the cold climate of the UK & she should have waited at least another 6 months to resume the Showgirl tour)- it does say a lot that when you become ill that the Prime Minister of Austrailia sends a message of support to one when one becomes ill (I have seen photos of her during this time and I did notice that she was not looking well at all - even I barely recognised her) and it also say a lot when one has one's own expo in the V&A in London as a Style Icon as well as being seen as a huge gay icon by millions of gay men around the world, who relate to Kylie's struggle to be accepted in an increasingly hostile world - I am also hoping to visit Melbourne soon & I cant wait - We Love U Kylie!!!! Love, Michaelxxxxxxxxxx

All her concerts are like high school productions and she's 20 years into her career. I've seen more artistically better high school productions than this and they're all on far lower budgets. She may have the look but where's the integrity?
