Watch "I've Got A Life," the brand-new single from the Eurythmics. With black & white suits and vintage synths, it is "Sweet Dreams" all over again. This video proves that this duo is still timely and relevant. Oh, and the disco ball is hot! What do you guys think? (via XOLondon).

Love it!

Annie looks as fierce as ever (her make up is the very definition of flawless). Dave is rocking the short hair.

However, this song is just..bla. A couple of good hooks but the rest of it is not very good at all.

Lots of words and voice acrobatics, not much 'song'.

fantastic video, as per usual for the two of them, together or separate.
and the song is a nice blend of a familiar template with knowledge of what they learned on the way. powerful and unlike anything out there right now. as it should be.

This is an amazing video for a fantasitc song! Welcome back D&A!! I only wish there was an entire new album instead of the new Greatest Hits cd. But the upcoming & long overdue reissues of ther albums will make up for that!

Absolutely fab... This is already on my Eurythmics top 5 list. Love the video as well. It's so right to use intertextuality in this little piece!!!

Are the two new songs recently recorded are were they done some time ago and dusted off for this collection?

Posted by: Mark at Oct 19, 2005 1:03:02 AM

They were recorded this autumn in Daves new studio in Los Angeles.

Posted by: Carl at Oct 19, 2005 5:14:37 PM

They never went away in their own right and now return as Eurythmics with a song that will take it's place in the coridors of hits and Annie angst. The video holds more than the words and together make the picture complete- well done and Welcome- its been too long!!! Ger XX

Thanks for posting the video. Great to see and hear Annie and Dave together again. Still disappointed there was no video's for 'BARE'. Anyone hear why there was none? Was it the record company or did Annie want it that way?

Thanks for posting the video. Its great to see that these two can still kick it. Def one for the ipod. In response to above, didn't Annie's mum pass away around the time of the "bare" release. I was under the impression that that way why she didnt tour with the album or make any videos.
