Fischerspooner's Statement to Fans

In a formal "Statement to Fans" on their web site today, Fischerspooner formally introduced their new album "Odyssey." "We worked hard, for an extraordinary two years with some extraordinary collaborators, to make a coherent AOR record, a total statement," Casey and Warren write.
"Inspired along the way by psychedelica, classic rock and the ideas of the romantics that were the roots of rock and roll (intuition over ration; emotion over intellect; transcendence through the supernatural; the artist as hero), we tried to combine those influences with our own take on modern pop music to create something new and, hopefully, unique," the duo reveals.
The release of "Odyssey" has been pushed back from March 15 to April 4 in the U.S. The European release date is April 11. Meanwhile, check out the duo's MySpace site. The final tracklisting for "Odyssey" is:
"Just Let Go" (single to be released January 11)
"Cloud"
"Never Win"
"A Kick In The Teeth"
"Everything To Gain"
"We Need A War"
"Wednesday"
"Happy"
"Ritz 107"
"All We Are"
"Circle (Vision Creation New Sun)"

Both seem to be fatter than before. What a difference between "Emerge" and this photo!
