Kelly Clarkson Turns Bitchy on New Single
Kelly Clarkson pulls an Avril in her new video
On her newest single "Since U Been Gone," Kelly Clarkson transforms herself from a sweet ballad singer to a flaming pop rock bitch. In the video for the song, the bubbly American Idol winner skillfully pulls an Avril to create a not so original, but oh so tasty chart pleasure.
Clarkson breaks with her good girl reputation and is shown throwing around make-up and picture frames, shredding clothes and emptying a container of birth control pills in a bathroom sink. She sings, "You had your chance, you blew it (...) Shut your mouth, I just can't take it. Since you been gone I can breathe for the first time."

her ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend for some sweet revenge Alanis-style.
You go girl! After Clay, Kelly is now our new favorite American Idol
chick. "Since U Been Gone" is taken from Clarkson's forthcoming second album "Breakaway" that will hit stores on November 30.

I have never heard of Kelly Clarkson before, but this sounds better than Avril.

Um, I do not think this is her thing. American Idol is a fun show, but it's not exactly a launching pad for ROCK singers.

Kelly's new style seems to fit her personality and it works. It connects with those who are feeling like she did. She's awesome!

Kelly, Avril... not really in the same category. The look is great on Kelly, she tried something new, and most people liked it. Her old look and style was great too but it was time for her to show her other side.
Then again, that is what artists do, re-invent themselves to catch your attention.

I'm not going to speculate whether Kelly Clarkson is gay or not, but I will say that it is ridiculous to say that "she's too hot to be a lezbo". Lesbians, bisexuals and straight women do not "choose" their sexual identity. One's level of attractiveness (which is subjective anyway) has NOTHING to do with your sexual orientation. grow up!

I think kelly should have stayed with her own style.. because this new look doesn't suit her at all. the first time i heard the song it made me think of a good song from avril! and the clip looks too fake. she shouldn't have changed herself like that.
She can sing as roughly as she wants to, she stays this preppygirly.
